step1

Affix your adjustable under dash mount to the firewall and the dash

(Underdash Mount Part # 2301000010)
(a support may need to be built behind the dash)

step2

Attach the column to the mount with two steering column drops. Holes have been provided to allow full adjustability of the position of the drops. The bigger the difference in length of drops, the greater the angle of the column.

step3

Install Flange Bearing to support your steering shaft as well as seal the fire wall. (Part # MSD52130) Attach universal joint (s) and shafting from the column to the steering box. Most universal joints can bend up to 35 degrees. If you need more than 35 degrees but less than 70, a double u-joint is required. A support bearing is necessary for every u-joint over two within the system.
